The adventure bike Honda XL750 Transalp comes in just one version and two colors. In India, the starting price of XL750 Transalp is Rs. 13,66,583. The 755cc BS6 engine that powers the Honda XL750 Transalp produces 90 horsepower and 75 Nm of torque. The anti-locking brake system of the Honda XL750 Transalp is equipped with disc brakes on both the front and back ends. The XL750 Transalp bike has a 16.9-liter fuel tank and weighs 208 kilograms.
We were taken aback when Honda introduced the new XL750 Transalp adventure tourer in India. The Africa Twin’s smaller variant is priced at Rs. 11 lakh (ex-showroom). Notably, this cost is introductory, meaning it will likely increase in the near future. Only 100 of the motorcycles will be produced in India’s first batch, and reservations are now being accepted at Honda’s BigWing dealerships.

Honda XL750 Transalp 2023 Engine
A brand-new 755cc liquid-cooled inline two-cylinder engine with 92PS of maximum power and 75Nm of peak torque powers the Honda XL750 Transalp. The engine has cylinders coated in Ni-SiC (Nickel-Silicon Carbide), a technique seen in vehicles such as the Honda CRF450R and CBR1000RR-R Fireblade. It is mated to a 6-speed gearbox.
Honda XL750 Transalp 2023 Features
Ample storage space, an integrated windscreen, an aluminum rear carrier, and LED lighting are just a few of the Honda XL750 Transalp’s features. A 5.0-inch TFT display is included, which the user may adjust to suit their tastes using either the screen or the switchgear located on the left handlebar. HMSI emphasizes that the motorcycle has a throttle-by-wire (TBW) technology that allows users to choose from five distinct riding modes in addition to technological aids. Through these modes, riders can tailor the engine power, engine braking, and Honda Selectable Torque Control (HSTC) with ABS and assist slipper clutch to their chosen settings. Sport, Standard, Rain, Gravel, and User are the available riding modes, providing flexibility to suit personal tastes.
Honda XL750 Transalp 2023 design
In several aspects, the new Transalp appears to take design elements from the Honda Africa Twin and even the CB500X. In actuality, there’s a good mix between style and utility, with typical ADV design elements like a low, flat tail section, and a tall, non-adjustable windscreen. The bike is painted in HRC colors, and the majority of the front fairing is emblazoned with the Transalp moniker. The bodywork’s colors are nicely contrasted with the gold wire-spoke rims.
A noticeable grab rail that appears to have space for mounting a top box is one of the other working components that are on display. In some of the pictures, the exhaust pipes and the majority of the engine’s sump are covered in a huge bash plate. These might be included in the list of accessories. Regarding ergonomics, the images display the rider sitting erect and comfortably reaching for the handlebar. On the other hand, the 850mm seat height is high.
