Updates For The 2024 Discovery Sport
The lower body sills, lower bumpers, grille, and Discovery emblem on the Land Rover Discovery Sport have all undergone minor external modifications to become gloss black. The SUV now has 19-inch alloy wheels that have been updated. Lastly, a fresh Varesine Blue paint job is applied to it.
The updated dashboard design of the 2024 Land Rover Discovery Sport, which includes the new 11.4-inch curved glass Pivi Pro touchscreen infotainment system previously seen on the Range Rover Velar, is the vehicle’s standout feature. Additionally, this system supports Apple CarPlay wirelessly. The upgraded SUV also receives a new 3-spoke steering wheel and a driving mode selector finished in “Oak shadow,” according to Land Rover.
Land Rover Features & Safety
The upgraded Discovery Sport also has a 360-degree camera with Clear Ground View, a digital driver’s display, and an air filter that filters out PM2.5. The latter allows users to see what’s under the car’s engine on a screen that is surrounded by cameras. The seven-seater Land Rover SUV also has a motorized tailgate, a panoramic glass top, and electrically adjustable seats with memory for the driver and the co-driver in both the 12- and 10-way configurations.
Several airbags, a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS), roll stability control, auto high beam assist, hill descent control, and emergency brake help all contribute to passenger safety.
Land Rover No Powertrain Updates
The 2-liter turbo-petrol engine (249 PS / 365 Nm) and the 2-liter Ingenium diesel engine (204 PS / 430 Nm) are the same powertrain options available for the Land Rover Discovery Sport as they were previously. An automatic gearbox that powers all four wheels is mated to both units.
